Just because you have to take CPR again doesn´t mean it has to be boring! Enjoy the class this year with Dummies on the Run!
Let Jerry Buffman (critical care nurse/paramedic) tell you everything you ever wanted to know about CPR & First Aid in this very relaxed, interesting & informative session. New technology in the form of a feedback device for child and adult CPR has recently been added to this training...and each participant will be provided with their own training device to practice with! It is more effective than a traditional manikin, and gives visual feedback regarding pressure, pace and position. The use of feedback devices is encouraged by the American Heart Association because they are such an effective teaching adjunct.
You will receive an American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS) certificate upon course completion. The certificate is good for 2 years for both CPR and First Aid. The AAOS is the teaching arm of the Emergency Care & Safety Institute, a State of Michigan approved provider of CPR and First Aid.
Attendance Fees:
$35 for Lenawee County K-12 school districts and area college students/$70 for all others
