Ingredients

1 cup dry chickpeas, (or use 3 cups (540 g) canned, drained)
8 cups water, (1 litre)
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup tahini, (125ml)
1/2 cup low fat yoghurt, (125ml)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons sesame oil


Method 1.

Put the chickpeas in the blender.


Method 2.

Then you get the water and put it in the blender.

Method 3.

You cut the garlic in the blender.


Method 4.

Put the Tahini in the glass then pour it in the blender.


Method 5.

Put yoghurt in a cup 1/2 full and put it in the blender.


Method 6.

Cut the lemon in half and squeze it in 2 tablespoons and put it in the blender.


Method 7.

Put the seaseme oil in the blender 2 tablespoons.


Method 8.

Then you start the blender finesh in two minutes wolla.
