Swift Weekly Update
March 7, 2021
A Message from the Principal
Thank you for all your cooperation and assistance in making the decision as to whether your child would return to a hybrid schedule 4 days a week or a virtual schedule. I know that it was a difficult decision, but do know that we are preparing our classrooms for more students and that we hold their safety as the utmost importance. Also, if you would like your virtual child to return to in-person on April 13th, please send me an email request by March 31st at suracejo@eht.k12.nj.us.
Please be aware that our Virtual Book Fair is still available on-line through March 21st.
A reminder to push your clocks forward - Spring Ahead, as we look forward to longer days and hopefully sunshine.
As always, please contact me with any questions or concerns.
Stay Safe.
Joetta Surace

HOURS 9:15 -3:30

Establishing routines and schedules for your child will ensure their overall success. We want our teachers and students to follow a schedule that is very close to the schedule they will have when returning to school in person. Therefore, attendance is important and we expect our students to attend their Google Classroom daily. We will pay particular attention to the social and emotional needs of our students, building strong relationships in this new environment and ensuring their comfort as an online learner.
