We LOVE Chichester Central School!

Principal's Message
I'd like to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciate each and every one of our students, families, staff members, and community members. Without each of you, each day would not be as successful as it is here at CCS. Each of you continues to amaze me with your dedication to academics throughout the midst of what is going on around us.
Thank you to everyone in our CCS community that continues to remain supportive, offers helpful feedback, and reminds us to push ourselves to be our best each and every day. This is has been an eventful couple of weeks, and we are thankful for all that we have put in place to make these transitions as smooth as they can. As of right now, we are excited to welcome our students back to in-person hybrid learning on Tuesday, February 9th.
If you happen to see Mrs. Strazzeri, please give her a socially-distanced high five! She has worked hours to make sure that all appropriate contacts are made during this last two weeks, and her work is much appreciated by all of us here at CCS. Her top priority is always to keep each of us safe, healthy, and ready to learn.
I do realize that there continues to be limitations for some of our families in each model. I encourage you to reach out to your child's teacher to come up with accommodations that will work best for your child. As always, please do not hesitate to reach out to me for questions or concerns. We look forward to an exciting two weeks before February vacation!
Update from the CCS Health Office

CCS HEALTH OFFICE UPDATE:
Thank you to all of our families and staff that have been in contact with me over the last couple of weeks. Your patience, understanding, and cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Please remember to continue to call the main office or myself, even on remote days, if your child is not feeling well (even mild symptoms), the reason why your child will be absent from school, if there are any suspected or known COVID-19 contacts or if you travel outside of New England.
Continued communication and following these guidelines is essential so that we can help keep our school and community stay healthy during this time.
As we are in the winter months, please remember to send in the appropriate winter clothing with your child as they will continue to go outside.
Please feel free to call/email me anytime.
Thank you,
Julie Strazzeri
