Role Models
By: David Bray
If this school didn't have these leaders in the school the school would be boring because they don't have anybody to trust or rely on.
Role Models
Good role models exert positive influence. They may inspire you to work harder, to think about your future, and to choose right behaviors. You may be a positive role model to someone who looks up to you and is influenced by your actions.
Positive Peer Pressure
Positive peer pressure is what you feel when people your age encourage you to do something worthwhile. Like a friend helping you study for a big test tomorrow. Or when others push yourself to lose a few pounds and get in good shape.
Negative Peer Pressure
Negative peer pressure is what you feel when your peers try to persuade you to do something you don't want to do. Peers may try to persuade you to do something unhealthy, dangerous, or illegal, such as tobacco, alcohol, or other drugs- or something that hurts somebody else.
