7th Grade Science & Roller Coaster Physics
Seventh Grade students from Mrs. Musoleno's and Mrs. Smith's classes tested and differentiated a new energy lab using roller coaster physics. Using foam pipe insulation and a marble, they needed to design a roller coaster with one loop and one curve that would carry a marble. Their second task was to design a section of track that would allow a marble to jump into a cup. With their feedback and additional ideas the lab was made even better. We hope it will be a part of the 7th grade science curriculum next school year.
