A Note from the Nurses Regarding Medication and Immunizations
Attention parents: All medication in the Nurse's Clinic must be picked up by the last day of school. Please make arrangements with the Nurse to pick up your child's medication. Per district policy, medication not picked up will be disposed of on May 28, 2021.
If you need a copy of your child's immunization record you can log on to Skyward Family Access. On the left hand side of the screen there is a "Health Info" tab. Click on this tab and it will take you to your child's Vaccination record. You can print this screen.
For Graduating Seniors attending a Texas college: One dose of MCV4 (Meningococcal) must have been received in the previous five years. This is required in Texas for those under the age of 22 years and enrolling in a Texas college/university. Most students have received one dose of MCV4 but the vaccine would have been given at around age 11 years which means incoming college freshman have to have another MCV4 before attending college.

LCHS CTE Survey
Parents of High School Students:
The purpose of this survey is to gather information from parents about their interest in Career Technical Education (CTE) Programs being offered at LCHS, and plans for future implementation of CTE programs at our High School. CTE courses are classes that are predominately project based classes where students learn by doing, where students can potentially earn professional certifications, and where students can prepare for direct entry into careers or educational programs directly after high school graduation. We appreciate your feedback concerning our CTE offerings.
