"Adventure is out there!" ~ UP the movie
The Atlas mountains are a system of ranges and plateaus in northwest Africa. They are located 1,500 miles from southwest Morocco. They are the roughest and rocky in Morocco. These beautiful mountains are rich in minerals and fertile ranges separate them. Can you imagine it? Walking around surrounded by nature and breathing in the fresh air. Ahh I feel relaxed already.
This river is also called the Zaire river. It is really long and flows for 2,770 miles. The flow is pretty constant so, canoeing and rafting would be very fun. In some areas it is 4- 10 miles wide!
This is a small strip of the great river.

This shows you how wide and long it was. It twists around A LOT!
This is another part of the river. The Inga Falls.
Great Rift Valley
This rift in the land extends from central Mozambique to Northern Syria. The valley ranges in elevation with the lowest point being 1,300 feet below sea level. Can you picture traveling the length of this? What an adventure! The highest point would be 6,000 ft above sea level. This is located in Southern Kenys.
