Where Is The Tropical Rainforest Located?

Tropical Rainforests are found near the equator, but there are more places such as; Central and South America, Southeast Asia, Africa, and Australia. The climate of this biome is very humid due to rainfall. The hot and wet conditions cause it to rain in these rainforests. Since it is found near the equator, more sunlight hits the land and sea. On the Koppen Scale, Af means tropical forest. The rainforest is moist for all months which keeps the high level of precipitation constant.

Average Climate Temps and Latitude

The average temperature is above 18 degrees Celsius and the latitude is 15-25 degrees North and South of the equator. The average temperature in Fahrenheit is 77 and never drops below 64 degrees (F).
