The position is classified as a full-time faculty position with faculty rank and base salary dependent upon educational and professional qualifications and experience.   4. Riverside Military Academy is accepting applications for a School Counselor for the 2016-2017 Academic year. Primary responsibilities include guiding students toward meeting the requirements to apply to college, communications with students and parents toward meeting graduation goals, tracking at-risk students, and helping students to resolve and cope with problems and/or developmental concerns through individual meetings or classroom guidance, referring them for outside services where necessary. Qualified applicants must possess a Master's degree in school counseling and have knowledge of the industry standards including ACA and ASCA Codes of Ethics.
