Thank you to our Washington County 4-H Volunteers!
A big thank you goes out to all of our Washington County volunteers who fill countless roles each year at the Washington County Fair. Volunteers fill roles in many areas to help the 4-H portion of the fair run smoothly. THANK YOU to all of our livestock committee members, static and contest superintendent and volunteers, pizza stand managers and volunteers, Washington County 4-H Council members and all of the many other hats our volunteers fill in between. We truly could not do it without you and your commitment to making the best better each year for our Washington County youth!

Goodbye From Jaki
It is with bittersweetness that I share news that I will be leaving my position as a 4-H Extension Assistant with Nebraska Extension. I have received an opportunity to return and manage one of my family businesses and am very excited for this new adventure. My last day in Washington County will be Thursday, August 19th.
I am very grateful for the opportunity to have been able to work and get to know all of the 4-H members, families, volunteers and countless others during my time in Washington County. Thank you for welcoming me to Washington County and letting me be a part of your 4-H experience in many different facets. Washington County has a great group of young people who will continue to make the best better in all that they do.
The Washington County 4-H Staff and the Nebraska Extension in Washington County team are a fantastic group of individuals, you are in great hands. The 4-H Program here has a very bright future and I know will see many successes. I wish you all the best. Should you need or want to reach out to me following my last day you can contact me at zahourekjaki@gmail.com. Be well!
