Yoga Teacher Training

Coming to Studio Gaia in March

Explore Your Edge ~ Spirit, Mind, Body

The 200-hr yoga teacher training at Studio Gaia offers students a chance to strengthen their own personal yoga practices, gain insight into the deeper aspects of the practice, and provides the skills to safely and effectively teach yoga.

Students will study a variety of subjects including postural alignment, teaching methodology, anatomy and physiology, yoga ethics, yoga therapy, and Ayurveda and nutrition.

The program will be certified under Yoga Alliance, and students will be able to register with the organization upon program completion.

Special features of this training will include a visit to Agape Studio in St. Louis for a wall-yoga training session.
