Assessment
My mindset haven't change because I feel that assessment is for the students because so we can see how they grown over time by know different styles how to take assessment without no help by their teachers. We as a teacher we don't make up the assessment we give it out to students so when can see grade level they are at. I think that assessment is more part of the students life because we as a teacher make sure our students pass the test, anything that we have gave them when we teaching our students. I would make sure I have these question when I am make up the test or pop-quiz for my students. I feel that my mindset with assessment would see if my students know wanted is going on with assessment. Since I am teacher assistant I feel that the question can change my students life making sure they know what is going on. Make sure the questions that are in my mindset would make it different for student who is taking assessment in my classroom. I would make sure my student do their homework in the classroom, tutoring them in the morning before the day just started, give them pop-quiz like playing jeopardy to see if they know all the answer to assessment. If one of my student failed the assessment I would as a teacher give that student have to second chance to passed it again. As a teacher I would make sure I reteach my student if they failed assessment so they can know what they miss on the assessment so when they retake the assessment again they know wanted is the correct answer. I would make sure I count the second grade one not the first one.
