Hubbard Update

Hubbard Families,

Thank you for helping us through the increase of illnesses in the past month. The Hubbard staff felt the support and understanding from all of you as we worked hard to follow guidelines. Overall, we have been able to support our students and keep them in school, which is our number one goal.

In the coming month, we look forward to academic progress while also celebrating the 100th Day of School and Valentine's Day! Additionally, we have some family event nights coming up this spring, thanks to our Parent Advisory Committee. I would like to recognize Suzanne Ronge and Melissa Watson for their time and ideas to get families back in our building for some family fun! Please see more information below about upcoming events.

It's an honor to work with all Timberwolf families!

COVID Information for KSD and Hubbard

Updated COVID-19 Illness Tree for KSD as of January 2022.

COVID Notifications Reminder

Reminder: At the start of the year, we shared that COVID-19 was so prevalent in our community that our health team is unable to contact trace to identify close contacts of COVID positive individuals in our schools. That also meant that we are not sending out notifications. Parents can trace the level of positive cases in every school on our COVID data dashboards.

COVID Mask Use Update as of 1.28.2022

The next review of data per our district mask policy will be Friday, Feb. 11

    • Optional - Initial Point High School. (Note last monitoring period individuals in the school were required to wear masks, since that time the positive cases have dropped.)
    • Recommended - All schools except Initial Point.
    • Required - Silver Trail. UPDATED 1/29/22: An error in our database caused data to not be accurate. Silver Trail has a positivity rate of 4.73% and not 5.41%. As a result, Silver Trail is in "yellow" so Recommended.
