Background checks can be completed using the link below, and must be completed before chaperoning. The process can take up to 2 weeks.

Hosted Events
URGENT! VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

2021 Hosted Events - Volunteers Needed
A huge THANK YOU to the parents and students that helped with our first hosted event on February 6. We received lots of complements on how well the event flowed, and that is a testament to the dedication of the families in our program.
Show hosting season is upon us and we once again need help from ALL band families. Please know these shows bring in money for the entire program so we need help from parents of all students in our program - this includes concert band, jazz band, marching band, color guard, and percussion. We are all one band family!
Due to COVID, we have drastically reduced our list of adult volunteers so it is vital that if you sign up, you show up, unless you are sick of course! We will be closely following all recommendations and guidelines from the school, the show's governing body, and the Marion County Health Department. We know you will have a thousand questions and we will try to answer them as we learn. Things are constantly changing and we need to remain adaptable! Please send questions to events@fcbands.org
We are currently recruiting volunteers for the IPA Invitational on February 13, and you can sign up using the link below. Review the volunteer information packet below to see what that entails. You can view a brief job description HERE. You will also need a current FTCSC background check on file. The link to the online background check can be found below.
Save the date for IHSCGA State Finals on March 27. That volunteer sign up will be coming soon.
