" The human brain starts working the moment you are born and never stops until you stand up to speak in public." - George Jessel

Although I use both the left and right side of my brain depending on the thought process necessary, I am most comfortable while using the left side of my brain. That means that I like things in order. I also like to have things structured. However, sometimes I need more color in my life. I sometimes need to let loose and have fun.

Decision making

Directive style

When making decisions i tend to follow the Directive style. People with that decision making style is forceful, needs power and status, needs tangible rewards, completes tasks quickly, and is action and results oriented. Other's sometime perceive my decision making as rigid, impersonal and simplistic. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for structured, goal oriented, such as bureaucracies, or where power and authority are important.
