February 10-14- Friendship week:
Monday, Feb. 10- Wear anything with a number on it.
Tuesday, Feb. 11- Silly or crazy hair day
Wednesday, Feb. 12- Wear a positive message on your shirt
Thursday, Feb. 13- Class Colors
Friday, Feb. 14- Wear Red/ pink
February 14- Friendship party at 1:30- 2:30

Language Arts:
The students can retell and paraphrase information in a digital informational text.
Math: Students will represent fractions greater than zero and less than or equal to 1.
Science: Students will observe the growth of plants and record and organize data using tables and graphs.
Social Studies: Students will describe the basic structure of government in order to understand government reflects the changing needs of the people.
Homework:
Reading: Please make sure your child is reading 20 minutes a day and then writing a 3-5 sentence response about what they read in their reading log notebook.
Math: Please make sure to check your child's planner on a daily basis for math homework assignments.
February 10-14
Language Arts:
The students can communicate my understanding of an informational text.
Math: Students will will solve problems involving partitioning an object or set of objects while using pictorial representations of fractions with denominators of 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8.
Science: Students will use text and media to create a table and describe how structures and functions of plants and animals allow them to survive.
Social Studies: Students will identify services provided by local, state, and national governments in order to understand government reflects the needs of the people.
Homework:
