The Geography of Europe
The Continent Across the Pond
Europe is a complicated continent to understand. Europe has four water boundaries in the Atlantic Ocean on the West, The Mediterranean Sea on the South, the Arctic Ocean in the North, and the Black Sea in the East. It is the 2nd largest continent by surface area and has nearly 50 countries.
Europe's history is vast and of great importance to all western civilization. Democracy, the Enlightenment, Colonialism, and both World Wars were all based primarily in Europe.
World cities like Athens, Paris, London, Berlin, and Venice are all found in Europe. Countries like Spain, Italy, Greece, Germany, and the United Kingdom are also all found in Europe.
Buckle Up and get ready for a ride through the great continent that is Europe!!
