ADMINISTRATION UPDATE
Dear CCS Families,
We hope that the shift to warmer, sunnier days has been a bright spot in your week. In our weekly meetings this week, we have happily noticed many students in outdoor settings!
Typically during this time of year, we begin to communicate out many details regarding end-of-year activities, class placement and planning for the next school year. Like our students, we are sad about the things that are being canceled or changing format. Please know that we are working to solidify as many details as possible and will be communicating those details to you between now and the final week of school (the week of June 8th). Our intention is to share as much as we can with students and families in order to support students in having a sense of connection and closure for this school year, as well as a sense of hope and excitement for the year to come.
We know that our planning will have many layers in order to adjust to further guidance as it comes out, and we will articulate that as clearly as we can and update families regularly. In addition to the normal processes we use for placement and future planning, we are integrating the feedback you have so graciously provided to us during remote learning. In the next two weeks, you can expect to receive detailed information regarding class placement and end-of-year reporting for your students.

The focus of this will be to provide families with support as they navigate remote learning and build positive expectations at home. Mike and Tim can collaborate with parents regarding common school language, reinforcement plans, and learning structures. Mike and Tim understand that each family's situation is different, and will be available to consult with parents as needed.
