Cooper Landing School Newsletter
November 29, 2016
From Mrs. LaRock
Hello All,
I hope that everybody had a restful Thanksgiving weekend. This is a busy week at school and I wanted to make sure that you are all aware of a few things.
The field trip to 360 All Stars at the Anchorage Performing Arts Center and Shockwave Trampoline Park is this Thursday. We will be leaving Cooper Landing at 9 a.m. with a similar schedule to the last field trip to Anchorage.
I have permission forms in the office, and I need people to come in and sign them.
We are working on the Christmas program every school day now. Each student plays an important part in the performance and their participation in practice will help to ensure an amazing performance.
If parents can show some support by helping kids remember to practice their parts at home and keeping in mind that practices are in the afternoons, I would really appreciate it.
The program is next Friday, the 9th of December.
We will be working on set building for art time this week. Miss Laura is dedicating a lot of her time to this project as well, so be sure to thank her when you get a chance.
Thanks for all that you do to support our efforts. Stay warm in this cold winter weather. -Susanna
