True partnership matters
Its good to know
Years ago, maybe more than we would all like to admit, we made a decision. This choice has shaped our family and lifestyle. It has been the means of which we all enjoy life. We entered into the Insurance industry. Maybe you thought I was leading you down a more exciting path....sorry. That being said, besides an income, it has also given us all a detailed look into policies. This includes how they are designed, how they are rated and most important, the need they satisfy. Here is how many go through life as far as satisfying needs are concerned. We wait until a need arises, and then we investigate how to satisfy it. We have a need to keep our food cold, we investigate refrigerators. We have a need to get to work, we investigate vehicles. Consider this, are there times that we have a need and just don't know it yet? If so, then is there someone that will tell us before it's too late?
What we didn't know
We didn't know that working in this industry would provide for us in the way it has. Maybe we didn't even know how this industry worked until something happened. What happened? We had a need to earn an income, and someone invited us to investigate insurance. Do we know of something that most people need yet don't know how to solve it? Most people need to protect their family in the event of death. Yet, they are unclear as to how to resolve that. Here is the beauty, we know they have the need and we have the resources to help them resolve it! All we have to do is help them identify it.
Do your employees have enough Life insurance to protect their family?
One thing we would like you to know
As brokers, you have many needs. One in particular is the need to have more time in the day to sell. I can't help with that.... I can however help expand your reach and thereby make your time more efficient. How? You have the option to put us to work, in your behalf, to educate your clients on needs that they may not realize they have. What's the value in that? Remember when someone invited you into this industry? Are you grateful they educated you? Yes you are! By identifying and communicating the needs our clients have and then showing them a solution, we put ourselves in the position to have our clients grateful to us. Grateful clients equals good retention. Retention is a huge reason we are in this business.
