AT Orthopedic Update
June, 2020
You have made it to June!
Just a few more weeks and that well-earned summer vacation will be here. I have heard so many wonderful stories of how our district teachers have been supporting the students and parents of Oakland County. Thank you for all that you have done. Have a healthy and restful summer!
Please make sure that before ending for the summer, you submit District Service Requests (DSRs) for any IEPs that were held this spring. Here is a link to the current DSR.
There will be no equipment coming back to the Oakland Schools Material Center this summer except for Hearing Impaired Assistive Technology. Equipment should be with students or secured in the school buildings for the summer.
The Material Center Staff are still available this summer. If you need to create a ticket for repair or support you may do so by emailing osmcrequests@oakland.k12.mi.us or use the email mcrequests@oakland.k12.mi.us for general questions.
I will also be available most of the summer. Feel free to email me at Dawn.Jones@oakland.k12.mi.us for any additional support or questions you may have.
Electronic Textbooks & Workbooks 2020-21 School Year
Thanks to all of you that made the information available for Electronic Textbooks for next year. If you have a student that has Oakland Schools technology and need electronic texts or workbooks for the fall and have not yet submitted them, please email me at Dawn.Jones@oakland.k12.mi.us the title information and ISBNs for all books. You DO NOT need to submit original hard copies of the books at this time.
I realize that some of you may not have access to this information currently, If you could let me know that you need them and will get me the information when you can, that will also be helpful.
