Conditional Formatting in Excel

First Step
Open your worksheet. Once you have your data in the worksheet highlight the information you want to be formatted. Then click on conditional formatting and select "Highlight Cell Rules".
Second Step
If you want any positive number to be formatted, first select grater than. Then in the first box type in 0. Next click the drop down bar and choose Light Green fill with Dark Green Text.
Third Step
Then you can do the same thing with negative numbers, first select Less than. Then in the first box type in 0. Next click the drop down bar and choose Light Red fill with Dark Red Text.
Final Product
As you can see the numbers that are less than zero should be highlighted with red. The numbers greater than zero are green.
