Vaccine Clinics for PPS Students

Dear Parents & Guardians,

Thanks to a trusted partnership between Harbor Health and the Plymouth Public Schools, Harbor Health will be offering COVID vaccination clinic dates to Plymouth Public School students (ages 12+), faculty, and families in the month of June!


Harbor Health will have many seasoned professionals on site to answer any questions you many have, guide you through the process and provide a quality experience for you and/or your child/children. Please view the clinic dates and times below.

The Pfizer vaccine is authorized for everyone ages 12 years and older and will be the only vaccine administered during these clinics.

*Students ages 12-17 years old must have a parent/guardian signed consent.
