Community Newsletter : September 2022 Update

And just like that, the first week of the school year has been completed!
A special thank you to all families, students, and staff that contributed to it being a fantastic opening. From the opening day Pep Rally which welcomed our Seniors, our 7th-Grade Woolies, as well as our new staff, to the opening week activities in the classroom which focused on establishing relationships, our hallways and classrooms had such a positive and energy-filled buzz. So many smiles, laughs, and welcome backs which made the opening days feel so special!
An additional thank you to our Student Council Officers (Gabby Girard, Katelyn Garden, Patrick O'Leary, and Ella Canney), Student Council Advisors (Joanna Morin and Jenn Cronin) for all of their efforts in MC'ing the opening day rally. They did an amazing job to keep the energy flowing and upbeat.
Lastly, a special thank you to our Senior Class President, Jemil Jalloh for sharing encouraging words with the entire student body! the emphasis that Jemil placed on getting involved this year and coming together resonated loudly throughout the halls and will continue to be the message sent forth to our students this year!
Regards,
Chris Lowe

ChromeBook Repair and Support for our Students
We ask all families to be proactive when there is an issue with the devices, as we want to sure that all of our students have access to devices on a daily basis.
Additionally, we ask that students charge their devices nightly. We encourage all students to keep their chargers at home, as they should be coming to school with a full battery from being charged the night before. Each classroom is outfitted with a charging station in the event that a device needs a quick charge.
