HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
Temple University Service Immersion Program
The vision of the immersion program is to actively engage Temple University students in meaningful experiences that foster cultural awareness, global understanding, and social responsibility through learning, service and reflection. There are two program options: El Paso, TX and Rosebud Reservation, South Dakota.
El Paso - The mission of SIP: El Paso is to work with the Border Immersion Experience in El Paso, across the border from Juarez, Mexico. This trip is your opportunity to learn about the issues that affect the lives of people living on the U.S./Mexico border.
Rosebud Reservation - The mission of SIP: Lakota is to immerse students in the history and culture of the Lakota tribe through service, education, reflection and ritual celebration.
