Progress Monitoring Meeting Agenda
The purpose of this meeting is for a PLC to analyze the effectiveness of intervention(s) by reviewing progress monitoring (CBM) data. After the implementation of the intervention, the meetings occurs every eight to twelve weeks. This meeting is comprised of the principal, teachers within in a a PLC, intervention provider(s), other specialists as needed.
This meeting addresses the following:
- Determine the overall success of the intervention for the group of students
- Review/ monitor intervention integrity/ fidelity
- Determine if the intervention is still appropriate
- Determine if adequate rate of improvement
- Determine if students should exit or continue in Tier 2
- Determine if a student(s) needs a more intensive intervention (Tier 3)
- Add new students to an intervention as appropriate

Local Assessment Window
As mentioned at our staff meeting, the local assessment window opens on December 4th and will close on January 17th. The due date for spreadsheets has been extended to noon on January 11th.
Please work as a team to schedule the use of your grade level Chromebook cart. Also, please share your grade level testing dates with me so we can avoid scheduling conflicts that may arise.

Holiday Door Decorating
If you plan on participating, please keep in mind a couple of things; you must keep the window on the door uncovered and you must use your own paper/door covering. Please do not use paper from the Art Room or the paper on the rollers outside the Art Room.

Be sure to share any grade level events that are taking place with the front office. We want to make sure these items are on the calendar for planning purposes.
