A Word from the Princpal
Can you believe we are nearing the end of September? I welcome the cooler air and Friday night football games. Our school year is off to a great start. We had our first ever "pep rally" dedicated to our new Patriot Promise. This is an effort to draw on the key lifeskills students need for success. We enjoyed a song by Troupe, some random dancing by adults, student speeches, and revealed some terrific artwork highlighting our lifeskills. It was a great day. So, we ask that you help us by finding ways to include these skills and vocabulary into your lives outside of school. The skills are: Personal best, active listening, tenacity, respect, integrity, organization, teamwork, and service. Ask your child about our goal to have our students recognized 1000 times for demonstrating these skills.
Celebrations of Learning-A Chance for children to demonstrate learning through drama &music. Please join us- it's quite a treat!
