With our busy lives we often do not find the time to go to the gym daily or for our daily walks and sometimes buying an equipment for home use may not always be in our budget so then is staying fit still a possibility?


Well I have some good news for you. Yes you can still stay fit. There are loads of exercises that you can try anywhere at any time that only require some free space. Make sure you try these couple of moves.


Plank pose


In case you are familiar with yoga then I would suggest you do the plank pose daily. This workout will ensure you better and flatter abs, stronger back, thighs and butt. All you need to do is start off as if you were doing a push up only here your bodyweight should be on your forearms.


Make sure your legs are stretched and your body is straight. Hold the pose for 10-15 seconds. Do 2 sets of 10 reps to start off.

Squats


Want the perfect lower body workout then the squat is your answer. This is a great workout for all lower body muscles such as your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves and is one workout almost every trainer would recommend apart from walking and running.
