FROM THE PRINCIPAL
The PSMS Scholastic Book Fair begins next Monday and will run all week. Students will be afforded the opportunity to attend the Book Fair throughout the week. The Book Fair will also be open and available during Open House. Stop by the library and see the offerings!
Next Friday, September 30th is midterm. Please check your child's ASPEN account for updated information on how they are performing in class. Contact Mrs. Arponen in the main office if you are having difficulty accessing your child's ASPEN account at jarponen@plymouth.k12.ma.us
OPEN HOUSE will be held on Tuesday, SEPTEMBER 27th from 6-8 P.M. We hope to see you there.

What led you to work in your field?
I have always loved to sing and play instruments. I really loved my elementary music teacher and decided in 4th grade I was going to be a music teacher.
Favorite thing about working at the PSMS?
I love all of my students and fellow teachers here at PSMS. I especially love working so closely with my fellow VPA (visual and performing arts) colleagues!
Before working here, what was an interesting job you had?
I worked as a bank teller for 3 years during summer breaks and for a bit after I graduated. I love counting lots of money!
If you could do any other job, what would it be?
I would love to be a nurse on a maternity ward! Babies are just the cutest.
What hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
I love spending time with my family, painting crafting, sewing and sight reading through piano books. I also love working with PSMS students on our drama productions.
What 3 adjectives describe you?
Friendly, creative and considerate.
What inspires you to "Be Your Best?"
I am inspired by my students and by my family.
