Qigong Energetic Movement Class!!

Qigong is the art of harnessing Qi, which is your life force energy, and circulating it throughout your body. This will directly effect and improve blood flow, aid in digestion, boost your immune system, and strengthen your body, mind, and spirit. Qigong is practiced by using specific breathing techniques combined with slow graceful movements. It can be done by all ages.

Three movement forms will be taught as follows:

Standing Healing Form. Helps improve energy level, attention span, and focus. Calms the mind and centers the body.

Peaceful Warrior Form. Helps hand-eye coordination, balance, concentration and focus.

Freeform Wuji Qigong. This is a Tai Chi style Qigong. Learn how to flow and move in a meditative form.

Facilitated by Bob Ciampaglia, Certified Qigong/Tai Chi Instructor. Bob has been teaching classes in Maryland since 2007. He also is certified to teach breathing exercises, food healing courses, and Qigong for children. He resides in Westminster, MD
