FINAL GRAD LIST HAS BEEN POSTED. IS YOUR CHILD ON IT?
PLEASE HAVE YOUR CHILD LOG INTO THE GRAD GOOGLE CLASSROOM AND SHOW YOU THEIR NAME!
The final 2023 SSS Grad List has been uploaded to Google Classroom. The list is not public at this time so I cannot attach it to this newsletter for you to see for yourself. It is posted in the Grad Google Classroom as it is permissible to post other student's names within the school/class. Please ask your student to log into the Grad Google Classroom and open an assignment called "FINAL Grad List.
The student instructions for this assignment are:
You must open and view the attached grad list. If you are not on it then you are not permitted to attend the cap and gown event on May 26th. Please note that no one will be added to this list after May 19th, and you must be in good standing at the school in order to attend the cap and gown event on May 26th. This means that you must be attending all of your classes, passing every course, have no missing assignments, paid all school fees (grad fees and any other outstanding school or library fees), and have completed or be on track to complete and pass CALM and any other courses that you may require for credits to graduate.
Graduates... ALL Outstanding Fees are Due!
In order to be a student in good standing and be eligible for the cap & gown ceremony, all fees must be paid. This includes grad fees, library fees, school fees, and sports fees.
Invoices were mailed out to those with outstanding fees (that is anything over the $70 Grad Fee)
Grad fees are $70 and are due by Friday, May 5th. Please see the "School Fee Online Payments" document below for specifics and how to pay online. You are also welcome to pay by cheque, debit, or cash at our main office during office hours.
