Climate
Cold climates have a very low temperature as in zero degrees. The cold climate is very snowy. Antarctica has the most coldest climate in the world which means it is long and dark. There are approximently 26 types of animals that live in a cold climate. These are the animals that have to devolope and the plants there need to adapt so they can survive.
Snow Leopards
Snow leopards are adapted to their harsh environment in the mountainous areas of central Asia. Snow leopards have an adaptation that helps it survive with long, thick body hair, a woolly belly and which heats inhaled cold air.
Mountain Hares
Mountain hares are adapted by being camouflage against the winter snow. Mountain hares adapations helps it survive with short, thick undercoat which protects by a longer top coat.
Emperor Penguins
Emperor penguins are adapted by mistaking the colourful emperor and standing over a metre tall. Emperor penguins adaptations helps it survive by swimming fast with their powerful webbed feet.

Bearberries
Bearberries are a low growing evergreen convered in a thick bark and a fine silky hair. Bearberries has silky warm hair also helps it to keep it warm. Leathery leaves are also have an adaptation to the cold.
