-Be sure to add Thursday, October 6 @ 6:00 on your calendar. That is the day we will be presenting our annual Financial Aid Workshop for seniors and their parents/guardians. Mrs. Elvina Sika, financial aid expert from Delta College, will join us to discuss all forms of available financial aid and the FAFSA. Please try to attend this valuable workshop. As I have told our seniors, in my perfect world, all seniors would complete and submit the FAFSA. It is the gateway to all forms of federal student aid and many, many more aid opportunities offered by state agencies, local scholarship donors, etc.
With that being said, if you cannot make the SV Financial Aid Workshop, the state of MI is offering a series of virtual Financial Aid Workshops. The following is the link to the registration page for the state of MI programs.

Students using our in-house application will automatically see their fee waived when they submit. Freshmen students can apply with the Common App and use the code “FireUp2023” in the school-specific waiver section. Saving your students time and money. That’s what we do.
