To be Christ-centered in your words, thoughts, and actions.

It is hard to believe that we are entering into Holy Week. We start with the Lord's Passion on Palm Sunday and then continue throughout the week preparing for the Triduum. Just a reminder that we will only be in school Monday through Thursday of this week. Also, we will be off the next week for Spring Break. Please remember to follow CDC guidelines in regards to travelling for Spring Break.

This week our virtue theme is DILIGENCE - The strength to accomplish tasks with tireless dedication. DILIGENCE is necessary for everything in life. We need to WORK HARD in school, in our relationships, in our jobs … nothing truly worthwhile that lasts is easy.

Thank you, Lord, for this day, this opportunity, this time together. Strengthen our wills and forge our resolve to WORK HARD in our pursuit of excellence in every area of our life.

Big picture

Tardies- We have recently had a lot of tardy students (Our school day begins at 8:10 a.m.). Any students arriving after this time will be counted as tardy.

Water- Our water fountains are still closed due to COVID, so please send water bottles with your children every day.

Masks- Although the Governor is loosening some of the restrictions, we are still wearing masks in school. We are encouraging students to keep a mask in their backpack pocket as they leave the building so there is always one for the next day (please wash them on the weekends).

Weather (appropriate clothing)- Please pay attention to the weather. It is better to send more than less for the students, as times they are outside can still be cold.

Our Queen of Angels School Advisory Board will have several open positions for the 2021 - 2022 school year. If interested, please notify the school office or contact Gene Albers at

By now, you should be completing your child(ren)'s registration for next school year. If your family did not receive an email with the code to re-register your child, please call our office so we can resolve this issue. Meanwhile, those who did receive the code and have started, please let us know if you have any troubles. You can send in your discounted $100 early registration fee with your child or personally drop it off.

*** Remember ALL overdue fees (tuition, latchkey, lunch, insurance, etc.) must be paid in full before your child's registration will be approved for next year, and they can be included in the class count.***

New Families registering now will be included in the class counts today, March 26.

If you have another child who is Preschool-age through 8th Grade, or you know of someone who does, who may be interested in joining our Queen of Angels School Family, please contact us at 260-483-8214 for new students registration information for the 2021 - 2022 school year.
