Teacher of The Month
Ms. Paula
Meet Ms. Paula! She is a beautiful addition to the teaching team in JP I. She recently moved from Italy, where she was teaching, and is excited to bring more than 3 years of teaching experience to your students. She enjoys seeing and rediscovering the world through children’s eyes. She has a heart of gold, endless patience and is so loved by her students and co-workers. When she isn't in a classroom, she loves cooking, illustrating, reading and crafting. We love having her on the team and are thrilled to see what the future holds for her at The Learning Cottage.
Thank you Ms. Paula for your dedication to The Learning Cottage, and to your student's early education and growth! You are a team player and integral piece of the LC family.
Family Of The Month
The Hargreaves Family
The Hargreaves family enrolled their sweet boy Duncan June of 2022. We have the pleasure of watching him grow from a shy toddler to a very sweet independent 2 year old who loves sitting on the small bench outside in the mornings with his mommy before drop off. In 2023, they welcomed their second baby boy, Grant, who started in our Infant program and now is a thriving toddler. Grant's scrunched up nose with the added smile is sure to bring joy to our day. We are excited to see both boys continue to grow with us at The Learning Cottage.
When asked what they love about The Learning Cottage here is what The Hargreaves Family had to say:
When we first stepped foot into The Learning Cottage, we knew it was very different than any other daycare we had seen to-date. It was warm, friendly, and the focus on the children was so clear. After joining, it only became more apparent that our first impression was right: The Learning Cottage was a really special place where our kids could grow and be nurtured by the team and their environment. Every teacher we've had has been so great with our two sons and we have loved seeing them make friends and blossom at school. We love the TLC community.
Thank you Hargreaves family for the love and support and entrusting us with your sweet boys.
