Vegetarianism is built on a plant based diet. Vegetarians believe that animals are not ours to use for food, clothing, entertainment or experimentation. There are five different types of vegetarians. First, there is Vegetarian; a person who doesn't include meat, fish, or poultry in their diet. There is also Ovo-Vegetarian; a person who has the same diet as a Vegetarian but eats eggs but not dairy. A Lacto-Vegetarian also has the same diet as a Vegetarian but includes dairy but not eggs. An Ovo-Lacto Vegetarian has a Vegetarian diet and also eats dairy and eggs. Lastly, there are Pescatarians, who do not eat meat but eat fish.
