College Admissions Tests

The SAT and ACT are administered on Saturdays throughout the school year. Austin High is a testing center, but you can select any testing center around Austin that is convenient for you.

Students may choose to take both exams in order to decided which score(s) to send to their prospective colleges.

Students make take exams as many times as they wish; but usually 2 times is recommended.

Some colleges recommend or require SAT Subject test scores to be submitted in addition to SAT scores. Check with the colleges you are interested in to see if you need to take additional tests.
