Summer AR and Summer AM
We are beginning to plan for this summer's program and are encouraging your child to participate in the program. It is well documented that students lose some academic skills if not used over the summer. We want to encourage you to register your children for participation in the Summer AR & AM program.
Reading students will check out books for the summer reading the week of May 12. The should have a book read when they come for their first session on June 3. They will come and take an AR test and check out a book for the next week.
Math students will continue with the levels they have achieved at the end of the school year. The math students may come in and receive help on their lessons or they may take their lessons, home, complete, and bring them back to be scored. Accelerated Math tests are to be completed while they are at the school.
There will be no cost to participate in summer program this year. If you are interested in donating to help offset expense of the program, it will be appreciated.
If you have any questions contact, Mr. Fitzgerald (701-742-3204 ext 431) or Mrs. Pahl (701-742-3234 ext 106).
