From the Desk of Mrs. Brockmon

A Message From Mrs. Brockmon...

It has been a wonderful first few weeks of school. It is so great to have students filling the halls and the classrooms again, after all that is why we are here!

We welcome Mrs. Michaels our new Physical Education teacher! Mrs. Michaels also teaches Health and Computers.

Mr. Tear has been working with Mrs. Michaels to accommodate all student schedules. All sixth grade students are taking Band this year, two or three days a week, the other days your child will be in Computers, learning about Google, cyber safety, keyboarding and about reliable research. There is a meeting this Thursday for all parents of 6th grade students at the middle school from 6:00-7:00 PM. 7th & 8th grade students that have Band will also have Physical Education one or two days a week.

Your child has been given a planner, hopefully you have seen it by now, if not ask your child to bring it home and take a look at it. All students are required to carry their planner to each class and write the agenda for each class inside of their planners. This helps the students to stay organized and keep track of assignments and upcoming events for their classes.
