Storyville! (An ES 4-6 Online Event)
Storyville is the town where everyone has a fable to unfold and a tale to tell. Their stories are different, but they all begin with 'Once upon a time"... When given the opportunity, most people will jump at the chance to tell their story! The characters in this one-act play are no different. The problem is, they all want to talk at the same time! This darling one act, starring 4-6th grade students from LVA, is sure to entertain!

Important Student Benefit Information
As part of the federal government’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic and relief benefits, funding for Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) has been extended through the end of September 2021 for all households that are eligible. Through P-EBT, eligible school children receive temporary emergency nutrition benefits loaded on EBT cards to purchase food outside of school. The goal is for the DHS to begin issuing the P-EBT benefits no later than early spring.
Please be aware that applying for free or reduced price meals will not impact the Free meals that your child(ren) currently receives through the school through to June, 2021.
If you believe your school-aged child(ren) may qualify for free or reduced-price meals this school year and have not yet submitted the application for free or reduced-price meals to the school, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible
To find the application for Free/Reduced-Price Meal Benefits, please visit LVA’s website at this link: http://www.lvacademy.org/for_parents/nutrition_program/notices_and_information
The application will be used to determine which benefits your child(ren) and/or household may be eligible to receive from the Department Of Human Services.
These benefits are distributed by the “Department of Human Services” and not the school district. This is why it is important to complete a Free/Reduced Meal Application and to ensure your address is current and on file. Updated details will be sent to households once it is made available.
If you have any questions, please contact our School Nutrition Program Coordinator Lynn Berndt at l.berndt@lvacademy.org or (610) 866-9660 x4104.
