The Gala is Back!✨⭐✨
GALA TICKET ORDER FORM - ORDERS DUE FEBRUARY 18TH!
The PTA is excited to bring back Gala, A Pleasantly Prairie Evening, on Friday, March 4.
We need your help! If you are willing to sponsor the event, donate an item/basket, or know someone who can, please email the PTA at plprairiepta@gmail.com. We are also seeking volunteers to help plan the event. Please see the forms below for more information & we look forward to seeing you there!
What is the Gala? - Information from the PTA.
All proceeds benefit YOUR children!
In 2020, our gala raised $15,000. The ongoing pandemic has made fundraising more difficult than ever and we need your support! This year, the money will be used to for the new playground installation/flooring and other school updates as determined by PPE administration and voted on by general PTA membership.
Here are some ways you can be involved:
* Donate a themed basket, sport/theatre tickets, electronics, gift cards, vacation stays, etc.
* Become a sponsor of the event
* Make phone calls or visit local businesses to inquire about donations & sponsorships
* Help the day of the event with set-up, clean-up, and/or auction check-out
We know that investing in children’s education at a young age will have a positive impact on their futures, as well as on our community and our world. Please contact us with any questions or ideas.
Watch for ticket order forms in early January!
Thank you for your support!

Do you have lightly used clothing or winter gear?
Our school counselor, Mrs. Riegert, is starting a Character Closet with things we may be able to recycle for those who might benefit from gently used items. We are looking for:
elementary sized sweatpants, t-shirts, socks, sweatshirts and winter gear. If you have items to donate please send them in with your child or drop them off to the office during school hours. We appreciate your help ahead of time and look forward to being able to give back to our own school community! Thank You - the donation are coming in and being put right to use!
