Technology Information for Parents
How do I get to the web based resources?
Where can I find my student's login information?
Homeroom teachers will provide labels in the student's communication binder, agenda or folder. This label will include Fayette County generated information:
Student number / District Id
Google Login
District Password
Please practice logging into these accounts with your student.
K-5 students have an FCBOE Google account. They have access to Google Drive, Calendar, Maps, Sites, and Classroom. There are apps available for mobile devices.

MobyMax is a Web-based program that provides K-5 students with adaptive curriculum that is aligned to Common Core Standards. MobyMax's adaptive curriculum creates a unique, personalized education plan for each student in all subject areas.
Students must login to the Classlink application to access this site.
DreamBox Learning's Math Program, is an online, adaptive program that helps all K-5 students achieve better, faster math proficiency. You will need Adobe Flash. Adobe Flash is free and is included with many Internet browsers. Students will need to login into Classlink to access this site.
Keyboarding Without Tears is a multi sensory curriculum for grades 2-5 that teaches pre-keyboarding, keyboarding, digital citizenship, and general computer readiness skills. Students will need to login through Classlink to access this site.
TumbleBooks are animated, talking picture books which teach kids the joy of reading in a format they'll love. TumbleBook Library takes existing picture books, adding animation, sound, music and narration to produce an electronic picture book. You can read it, or have it read to you.
BrainPOP Jr. is an online animated curriculum-based site that is aligned to state education standards. The site includes video, game, quiz, and activity sections for science, health, writing, reading, social studies, and math.
Students can access this website via Classlink.
Schoology is a web based platform that allows you and your child to log in and access classroom announcements, homework assignments and other resources
in one place for all of your children’s classes. Directions for creating your parent Schoology account can be found
here. Students can access Schoology via classlink.
The Portal contains update to date information on your PK-5 child’s attendance, schedule, cafeteria balance, and household & emergency contacts. In 3rd-5th you can also view grades & assignments. There is a mobile app. Students can login using their district ID district password.
Most parents created an account when you enrolled your student in FCBOE. Directions for parent account creation can be found here. If you forgot your account info, just use the Parent Password Reset Request Form.
