PTA Used Book Collection/Sale
Spring Break is a great time to look through your books, computer games, DVDs and CDs to find items to donate to the NEISD Council of PTAs Used Book Sale. Your books bring funds to Harris PTA which will be used to support events/activities/programs benefiting the schools and the students. Please see the flyer attached to the e-mail from Mrs. Niehoff for additional details. Collection will start the week after Spring Break until Monday, April 3rd. Items can be dropped off in the Used Book Sale collection boxes located throughout the school. Note: We are not able to accept books with missing covers, damaged spines, torn/missing pages, or mold/water damage.
A Message from our PTA
Our 1st Annual Harris PTA Color Fun Run will be held on Saturday, May 13th! We hope that you will come out and join us that morning for all the fun. Attached to the e-mail from Mrs. Niehoff is the flyer and registration form. To guarantee the promotional items listed below, you can register online or registration forms can still be turned into the school. Below are the details:

Walk/Run Start Time 8:00 am
Course
This color walk/run features a designated 5k course between Harris Middle School and Steubing Ranch Elementary. During the race, participants are doused with color at various color stations ending with one final color celebration at the finish line.

Senior Registrations (55+) $20
The registration fee includes run/walk registration, individual color packet, race bib, and a My School Color Run T-shirt! *Promotional items only guaranteed if you sign up before 4/21/17.
If you do not wish to register online and would prefer to register with the attached registration form, please return to the school with registration fee by Friday, 4/21/2017.
Pre & Post Race
There will be a DJ, exhibitors, and warm-up before the race! After the race ribbons will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each category.
