Language Arts
Over the next three weeks, we will be reading Shiloh by Phyllis Reynolds Naylor. Our overarching questions while reading this novel is "What are the many facets of heroism?". At the end of our novel unit, we will be watching the movie Shiloh shortly before winter break.
Writing
In writing, we are currently focusing on using an informational article as a source to our paragraph. This week we have been working in groups to read an article, answer a set of questions, and analyze a prompt related to the article before writing.
