Whether you are new to our district, are enrolling siblings or have applied through the Open Enrollment Program, NOSD is proud to welcome you to our Warrior Family!
The Open Enrollment window is February 6, 2023, through April 28, 2023, @ 4 pm. We will begin to contact Open Enrollment families to learn more about your student(s) after the OE Window closes.

Important Enrollment Dates
- February 6 - June 30
Resident families should complete New Student Registration to enroll a new student. - February 6 – April 28, 2023 - Open Enrollment
Non-resident families must submit an online open enrollment application, to attend an NOSD traditional school or one of our charter schools, through the DPI Open Enrollment Website.
- May 1 - June 30 - Staff will connect with new families to welcome/answer questions and learn more about your student.
- June 9 - Approval or Denial email notices will be sent to open enrollment families.
- June 16 - Resident districts must notify open enrollment families if the application is denied.
- June 30 - Parents of accepted open enrollment applicants must notify NOSD if the pupil will or will not attend an NOSD school in the 2023-24 school year. * If the parent fails to make this notification, the nonresident district may refuse to allow the pupil to attend the district.
- July 5 - Returning student online registration will open using Skyward/Family Access.
- July 31 - Completed online registration & school fees are due for all enrolled families.
- August 29 - 5-7 pm * Families are invited to our annual Back to School Picnic!
