The Mata Memo
May 24, 2022
Principal's Message
Greetings Mata Family!
Wow! We are actually entering the last week of this school year! You should be proud of the work that your child has done. This year has been filled with accelerated learning, and tackling situations on a level that we've never experienced before! I know that everyone gave their absolute best this school year and did everything within their power to fill gaps and improve student achievement. Next year will be even more powerful and historic for our school because of the work that was put in this school year. Please pat yourselves on the back and celebrate a job well done.
We plan to make the last days of school count and enjoy the last week of school! Thank you all for partnering with us and trusting us with your most precious gift!
Please be reminded to send all technology and chargers to the campus by Thursday. All devices will be collected for the summer.
We will inform students of classroom assignments by the 2nd week of August. Meet the Teacher Night will be on August 11th from 3:30-5:30 PM.
Parents and guardians, we would like to remind you to please register your child for the 2022/23 school year and select your choice for bus routes. The information is below.
Also, Prek-5th Grade Report Cards will come home Friday. 6th-8th Grade Report Cards will be mailed next week.
Check out the rest of the Mata Memo for important updates! If you are interested in summer camps and programs, pay special attention to the end of the newsletter. New camps are added every week!
