The Judicial Branch is 1 out of 3 Branches out of government.Executive and Legislative branches are elected by the people, members of the Judicial Branch are appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate. This Has A supreme Court justice, which serves for life. There is 9 official members of the supreme court justices. Everything is held within the state of the occurance.

The Supreme Court of the United States is the highest court in the land and the only part of the federal judiciary specifically required by the Constitution
Supreme court House Building
This is the United states Supreme Court Building. It is the only court established by the Constitution. All of the other courts in the United States must follow the ruling or the decision made by the justices of the Supreme Court. The Constitution also gives the Supreme Court the power to judge whether federal, state, and local governments are acting within the law. The Supreme Court can also decide if a president's action is unconstitutional.
Judicial Branch: Evaluate The laws
There are lower federal courts that are non constitutional. There are 9 justices that are approved by the president over a vote. It must have 51 votes to pass. Congress established power granted by the constitution.
