3rd Grade Parents:
Please plan to bring your student to the Hamilton Middle School Cafeteria (doors facing Kluge) on Wednesday, April 12th by 5:30pm. We will be performing our spring musical "School House Rock Jr.".
Plan for your student to wear either a red, white, or blue t-shirt (Hamilton Shirt is perfect) and blue jeans or dark pants.
If your student was given a speaking part, I will be sending out an email with your student's character and the clothing they will need for the costuming. The costumes will be provided for each of those students with speaking roles.
The performance will begin promptly at 6pm in the Hamilton Middle School Cafeteria/Stage.
Thank you!

Student Council will be holding a supply drive April 17-24 to collect donations for CAM.
CAM’s mission is to provide a helping hand to families in the Cypress area who are working towards becoming self-sufficient. Please thoughtfully consider donating gently used household items including kitchen items, toys, books, small electrical appliances, and clothing to CAM’s resale store. You can also donate non-perishable food items to CAM’s food pantry.
Items may be sent in with students to be placed in boxes in the hallways, or dropped of in the front office. Your generosity to neighbors in need in our community is greatly appreciated!
Student library books
Students will not be able to check out new library books if they are missing or have lost any books. Please look and try to locate any missing items over spring break. Lost or damaged books can be paid for through school cash. Contact Mrs. Pace if you wish to pay for a lost or damaged book. patricia.pace@cfisd.net
Library Information
We have had so much fun in the library this year. As we get closer to the end of the year we are starting to look at late books. Starting this past week if any students have any late books they will not be allowed to check out new books. On April 28, 2023 any late book will be transferred to school cash so parents can pay for missing library books. Please contact Mrs. Pace with any questions. Each Sunday you should receive an email from the library computer system letting you know if your student has any late items.
Prek-2 will need to have all books turned into the library by April 25, 2023.
3-5th grade students will need to have all books turned in by May 3, 2023.

Summer Camp Opportunities for Chronic Illness and Disabilities
Texas Lions Camp
At Texas Lions Camp, we view camp as a time for campers to explore, exercise curiosity, and discover new interests and abilities. We want campers to attempt things that would normally be out of their reach, such as riding a horse, or rock climbing on our ropes course, or just being part of a team. https://www.lionscamp.com/
Camp For All
Camp For All transforms the world for children and adults with challenging illnesses or special needs. Camp For All intentionally delivers unique, truly barrier-free experiences throughout the year by collaborating with multiple not-for-profit organizations to enable thousands of campers and their families to discover life. Camp For All was proud to earn the Eleanor P. Eells Award in 2017 for program excellence as well as excellence in research in practice at camps. The national award, presented by the American Camp Association, recognized Camp For All 2U, the outreach program where we take Camp activities into hospitals. https://www.campforall.org/find-your-camp/
