Updating Returning Student Information
As we begin to gear up for another period of remote learning, it is important for the Coatesville Area School District to maintain accurate contact information. The school district is excited to announce the launch of our online “Returning Student Information Update” form powered by PowerSchool Enrollment. This system is a secure and green process, which allows the school district to verify student contact information. The form is scheduled to “go live” on Tuesday, August 18, 2020. You will receive an email with a unique snapcode link for each child. The snapcode will serve as the key to accessing your child’s online form. Thank you in advance for your continued support and assistance.

21st Century After School Program
Hello Reeceville Elementary Families!!!!
My name Ms.Claudette, and I am the Program Coordinator with the 21st Century After School Program at Reeceville Elementary. This school year we would like to share some exciting news and tell you all about some new learning experiences that is going to be offered to your child(ren).
Like many schools throughout Chester County, classes are being offered remotely/virtually. Many teachers have begun to incorporate new tools and resources into their daily lessons. And students are experiencing new methods of learning which has an important, lasting impact on their educational experience. Throughout this transition, it has become very apparent that with the required physical distance between teachers and students, it is more important than ever to find ways to connect with students and keep them actively engaged, motivated and safe within the virtual learning experience.
I am excited to share with you that the 21st Century will be offering a virtual after school program. Our program will be operating Monday through Thursday. During this time your child will be provided with academic support that will assist with daily school assignments, extension activities and/or homework. Our program will also provide STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) and Social Emotional Learning Enrichment.
Our 21st Century teachers will also be utilizing the Matific, educational math program. This program has over 1,500 interactive and engaging math activities and lessons. It is one of the most effective ways to help children learn the fundamentals of mathematics. Implementing Matific is an EXCELLENT way to help boost “math confidence” within children, while turning screen time into learning time.
If you would like your child to participate in the 21st Century Virtual After School Program, please feel free to contact me:

I look forward to speaking with all of you and starting this new and exciting school year!!
Adopt-a-Teacher is back! Over the last four years this program has encouraged families to engage in our school community and organized this fun experience for both families and teachers and staff here at Coatesville Area School District.
Ready to Adopt? That’s great! To read up on how you can adopt today - click here to read about the process. If you are new to this program and would like to learn more about how you can adopt, please head over to the Adopt-a-Coatesville Teacher Facebook Page or read more about this program on their new website. If you have any questions about the program you can also email them at adopt-a-teacher@outlook.com.
It is so important to encourage the amazing individuals who shape our kids’ lives. When you adopt a Coatesville teacher and/or staff member, not only are you positively impacting those who are on the front-line every day educating our kids, you are also sewing into the life of our community.
Community Based Organization Childcare Opportunities
As we continue to navigate these unprecedented times, we will share childcare opportunities that Community Organizations are sharing with the Coatesville Area School District. Please see below for childcare opportunities.
